Mezz Tower is located inside a lagoon estate in Djibouti’s prime seafront location along the Rue de Venise. A network of channels inspired by an archipelago concept maps out independent island lots which merge into the estate’s internal lake. The building is itself an island and is accessible through a dedicated island lot.
The tower represents the first phase of a masterplan that will create inside the lagoon a secured “life-style” village with integrated buildings and facilities each arising around the estate’s internal lake.
